I think you really need persistence in cooking, you cannot think that it’s demotivating to cook only for yourself. But try enjoying the process of cooking, maybe you should come up with a new recipe and enjoy eating what you cook. Im sure it will give you a great deal of satisfaction. Plus you get to save more money if you cook.
